"The Discovery Space meetings are a calm oasis in the tornado of every day life. A place to feel safe, to speak your mind without judgement, to seek advice or comfort, to laugh or cry or both and to feel totally supported in your community "

"The Discovery Space is warm and welcoming, Supportive and caring. Each member and their comments are valued and respected. A place where you are made to feel safe but encouraged to think more reflectively"

"Thank you Mahnaz for keeping the music going during lockdown. The Discovery Space was a great way to meet and keep the music going. 💗 Onwards with a community festival hopefully 🙂 I personally (along with others) have had my own pandemic struggles, the discovery space was a way to dip in and out when you could. Thank you 👏👏👏"

"I've been coming to the Discovery space for a couple of years now. It is a place which is very accepting of all different types of people, and as a recovering alcoholic with not much confidence I felt these talks were really beneficial. Everybody made me feel really welcome. I really thank you for the different topics and different conversations, drawing, writing and really expressing how we feel about different topics. It’s something I’ve never really had in Chingford before. Thank you for the time and effort you give to it, Mahnaz and thank you to all the ladies and men I’ve met along the way - who have always made me feel very welcome. Thank you."

"I really enjoyed space today. We had meaningful discussions and enlightening conversations about current issues and global events. The layout was great and I felt like it encouraged us to exchange ideas and have constructive debates. I left today feeling more informed and I look forward to coming back"

"Hey, really had so much fun today at Discovery space, some very intriguing topics were discussed. It was very cool to hear and see everyones different views on certain situations and I feel like I’ve learnt a lot and have understood more about what can be done about these situations. The food served was amazing and the hosts 10/10"
